Childbirth Education Clasess
The Childbirth Education Classes are comprehensive and designed to help pregnant families cope with the realities of labor and work needed to accomplish a healthy delivery.
Group Childbirth Education Class
The fee for class is $225. and includes you and a partner of your choice. The one-day virtual class is approximately 5-6 hours in length. Recommended attendance is between 28 – 34 weeks gestation.
Topics covered in class include:

Breathing techniques, relaxation, and partner’s role

Participants and partners are encouraged to ask questions throughout class, and there is an open Q&A session at the end of class to address additional concerns/questions.
Private Childbirth Education
The fee is $150. per hour or a flat rate of $400. The private class will include (1) participant and (1) partner of choice.
A virtual meeting via Zoom, this intimate class setting covers everything in the above-mentioned Childbirth Class and is customized to the specific needs of the attendee. Get 1 on 1 time with Esta and individualized attention to address any concerns or questions you may have.
